The fourth plenary meeting of the Storage INNOvations for Green ENErgy Systems (SINNOGENES) project convened on 12-13 June 2024, in Porto, Portugal, hosted by CAPWATT, INESCTEC, University of Porto, gathering experts, researchers, and stakeholders to discuss the latest advancements and challenges in sustainable energy storage solutions. With a focus on innovative technologies and green energy systems, the partners discussed the progress of each Work Package.

SINNOGENES, a collaborative initiative dedicated to developing cutting-edge storage technologies for renewable energy systems, has been at the forefront of research and innovation in the field. The project brings together leading experts with the shared goal of overcoming barriers to the widespread adoption of renewable energy sources.

External Advisory Board Members have attended this meeting in order to share their expertise and  valuable advises on the progress of the project. To this end, sister projects AGISTIN and i-STENTORE have joined to discuss on our collaboration activities. Looking ahead, participants identified key priorities and opportunities for future dissemination as well as technical milestones to achieve as the first Review meeting is approaching.
